The event, inaugurated by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, featured a prominent delegation from the University of Basrah, led by President Prof. Dr. Saad Shahin Hammadi and the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. Falah Hassan Shari.
