The Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Assistant Professor Dr. Falah Hassan Shri, and with the advice of the President of the University of Basrah , Dr. Saad Shaheen, initiated the field of internal medicine to distribute treatment for Coronavirus to infected patients from among the staff of the College of Pharmacy. Shri said: We have distributed treatments for Coronavirus to patients infected with the virus from college and university staff who are confined in their homes, as well as distributing preventive medical supplies that limit the spread of the epidemic, such as masks, gloves, sterile gels and other supplies.
