Responding to requests and appeals from incoming students and their parents received by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has instructed the reopening of the electronic transfer application form for incoming students from outside Iraq, following the private morning education channel (governmental and private) for the academic year 2024/2023.
The Department of Studies, Planning, and Monitoring explains that applications can be submitted through its portal (www.dirasat-gate.org) until the end of the official working day on Sunday, October 8, 2023. Students are encouraged to review the transfer regulations and procedures provided on the application portal.
