The College of Dentistry at the University of Basrah organized a training workshop titled "Dental Photography" to enhance the capabilities of dentists in the field of specialized photography.
The workshop included a lecture which was presented by Dr Ali Jalil Aboud, a specialist in marketing and professional dental photography. It involved topics such as photography techniques, how to use the latest cameras, various lighting equipment specific to professional photography, the principles of specialized dental photography, and its importance as a soft skill for dentists. Practical cases were also demonstrated during the workshop.
The workshop focused on recent graduates from the past two years and fifth-year students for the academic year 2023/2024. Its objectives are to develop the skills of newly graduated dentists and enhance their abilities in the field of photography.
