Dr. Haider Khazal, the Assistant President for Administrative and Financial Affairs of the University of Basrah, conducted an inspection of the fixed traffic unit at the Karmat Ali College location.
During the visit, Dr. Khazal discussed with Colonel Abdul Aziz Shaboot the entry and exit procedures for teachers, employees, and students, as well as the organization of traffic within the site to prevent accidents. He emphasized the enforcement of traffic regulations, the placement of warning signs, and the dissemination of guidelines to raise awareness among drivers regarding the dangers of excessive speed and the use of mobile phones while driving to ensure everyone's safety.
