The course included detailed explanations about the basic steps of risk assessment, starting with analyzing and arranging risks and ending with planning to respond to them and reduce the possibility of their spread. The lecturers identified some risks in the work environment, which varied between physical, mechanical, moving machinery risks, and biological risks. Risk assessment is carried out through an integrated system that includes a set of basic elements through which risks are assessed in existing, used, or to be established operational units and operations with the aim of controlling and controlling these risks and the damages or losses that may result from them. At the conclusion of the course, the organizers pointed out the necessity of following and applying occupational safety procedures in institutions to avoid the risk of accidents.
