Thesis of Master degree candidate Mustafa Muhammad Hussein Hashem al - Hakim entitled (preparation, diagnosis and evaluation of effectivity Albaalogih for some derivatives of drugs sulfa) in Chemistry Branch Pharmaceutical Faculty of Pharmacy , University of Basrah preparation chemical two types of derivative drugs sulfa are derivatives chief base sulfa and derivatives Tirasul sulfa in addition to the diagnosis of vehicles Using mass spectrometry techniques as well as infrared and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The thesis included studying the antibacterial activity and comparing the results using molecular anchorage assay programs, as well as studying the anticancer efficacy. The thesis concluded that the prepared compounds had good activity against different types of bacteria, and the results of the molecular anchorage assay were identical to the results of the practical examination. In addition, the preliminary result of the anti-cancer activity showed that one of the prepared tetrazole sulfa derivatives had good activity against the breast cancer cell line
