The Deanship of the College of Education for Human Sciences organized a workshop on (managing electronic exams using the Google classroom platform) for members of the examination committees and college professors, in which: Eng. Kayan Abdulaziz Absolute / Member of the examination committee of the Department of History
The workshop dealt with how a classroom works for the exam, inviting students to the exam class, making questions in the form of a Google form, scheduling questions for self-release, answering students and sending them to the examination committee, and how to make a fixed Google dead link throughout the exam period to communicate with students by voice and video during the exam and visit the exam halls from Before the follow-up committees in the ministry or at the university and a practical application of how to publish the link and record the attendance of students through it, and how to fill out the model answers and draw conclusions after the electronic correction process electronically exams
The aim of the workshop: To train exam committees and professors on how to administer the test, how to put questions, how to make communication links with students, fill in the model answers and electronic correction
The workshop recommended: Members of the examination committees and students to train for the exam and conduct a practical exercise in order to avoid any errors that may occur on the day of the exam in addition to taking the advice of the technical support team to complete the examination process in an electronic form successfully.
