The workshop dealt with identifying the concept of stress and its types.
And the effects resulting from the pressures to which the individual is exposed (physiological, psychological, behavioral, and professional) and the situations that make the individual vulnerable to pressures and the identification of the causes of work pressures (the internal environment, the personality of the individual, economic, social and political conditions, and other factors) and familiarity with methods of confronting pressures between Negative personality and positive personality.
The workshop aimed to provide the attendees with some concepts, the most important of which are the mechanisms of obtaining self-confidence and identifying the concept of pressures and their types, the effects resulting from the pressures that the individual is exposed to (physiological, psychological, behavioral, professional) and the situations that make the individual vulnerable to pressures and identify the causes of work stress (the environment Interior, personality of the individual, economic, social and political conditions, and other factors) and familiarity with methods of confronting pressures between the negative personality and the positive personality.
