AlSaad The study aims is to investigate whether coxsackievirus group B (CVB) strains are associated with the onset of islet autoimmunity and type 1 diabetes (T1DM) and included the diagnosis of the virus by serological methods like ELISA and also detection of virus by PCR, also detection of some autoantibodies that correlated to the virus and accompanied with type one diabetes and the study was recommended ......
