The Continuing Education and Development Center at the University of Basrah organized a course on the style of official correspondence.
The aim of the course was to introduce participants to the style of address, how to design a letter when addressing someone, and to learn some of the rules of numbers in Arabic, as well as to identify some of the common linguistic errors that many people make when making official correspondence.
The course, which was presented by the instructor Narges Aqeel Abdul Wahid, included an introduction to the basic concepts of official correspondence, the types of official correspondence, and the common linguistic errors used in writing an official letter and how to correct them
