Dr. Harith Abdul Razzaq Hassan and Asst. prof. Ahmed J. Mhammed participated in a workshop entitled (Mechanical Properties of Materials) on Monday, 13/11/2023.
The theoretical aspect of the study of the mechanical behavior of a substance (relation of its response or deformation to the applied load) was discussed in the workshop, subject the sample of the substance to two types of tests,
Destructive tests of a substance and tests of non-destructive deformation testing to determine mechanical properties, namely strength, rigidity, and elasticity, to ensure that the basic structure of the substance provides permanent protection and is not subjected to minimal deformation.
