The student Asawer Azhar Hammoud in Faculty of Science Department of Ecology won the first place in the University Quranic competition in the recitation paragraph organized by the Holy Quran complex for memorization and Islamic Studies in Basra and in cooperation with the University of Basrah the competition was held in the Faculty of Arts with the participation of 35 students from various faculties of the University of Basrah.
