Eu1-xYbx Zn2Sb2 , YbZn2-xCdxSb2 , YbZn2-xMnxSb2 For Thermoelectric Applications" hold at the College of Science, Department of Physics.
The presenter Ibraheem majeed Jasim demonstrates the most important objectives of study: Preparation of three sets compounds of thermoelectric materials from Zintl phase family Eu1-xYbx Zn2Sb2 with (x=0.0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0) and Yb Zn2-x CdxSb2 and Yb Zn2-x MnxSb2 with (x=0.0,0.4,0.8,1.2,1.6,2.0) of short time 10-25min by Solid State Microwave Synthesis, and Study the structure of the compounds by X-Ray , EDX , SEM measurements and the thermoelectrical properties.
