The Cultural Center receives the Zaha National High School for Girls
The Cultural Center at the University of Basra received high school students, Zaha Al-Ahlia for girls
The visit included a tour accompanied by the assistant director of the center, Mrs. Mona Khdeir Abbas, speaking about the establishment of the cultural center since 1973, its establishment, historical and cultural stages, then reviewing the exhibition of the paintings of the childhood project (the smile of a child, which was held for four continuous years) and the exhibition of the legacy of old Basra.
Then a film produced by the media of the Cultural Center was presented, which embodies the stages of reconstruction and construction and the great achievement achieved at the level of urbanization, equipping the multi-purpose hall with sound and artistic effects and rehabilitation, which provides various services, followed by a hall for conferences, lectures, experimental theatrical performances and an exhibition hall for plastic arts, as well as being a hall for the astronomical dope.
Then they moved to the photo memory cabinet gallery, which includes pictures of visual players from the 1950s and the reading and documentation library.
The school administration praised the warm reception and the efforts provided by the center to visitors and the provision of a community service.
