Thesis aims to evaluate the effects of COVID-19 vaccines on adaptive immune response by measuring the level of (IgA), measuring Lysozyme and lactoferrin secretion levels and Normal microbiota as the innate immune system parameters in saliva of COVID-19 vaccinated Iraqi population groups.
and concluded The presence of a diverse range of bacterial isolates in saliva samples, with variations in species and characteristics, The measurement of sIgA, lactoferrin, and lysozyme levels in saliva samples from COVID-19 vaccine recipients and non-recipients using the ELISA technique and vaccine does not have side effect on Lactoferrin, Lysozyme, and sIgA levels in different vaccination groups. This indicates to safe use.
