First-year students with social care who meet the following conditions:
1- The student must be part of a family covered by social welfare.
2- The family has a Qi Card for receiving the salary.
3- The student must be in the preliminary morning study (exclusively) and continue studying.
4- The student must be unmarried.
5- Bring the following documents (colored copy):
A- Student ID (national ID or civil status ID)
B- Parents’ ID, residence card, and ration card
C- Qi Card
Note // Bring the above documents and submit them to the Student Affairs Division
