The Iranian International Center for Education and Studies at the University of Basra held the third complementary workshop to the previous two workshops in the lecture hall of the Central Library, entitled “Methods of Editing Correspondence, Readings, and Official Reports.”
The workshop included four methods and methods for drafting official correspondence, as well as readings and reports. The workshop first began with the simple method and then changed the method to the intermediate method, which shows some of the details of the topic, and then the two detailed methods at the first and second levels, where in these two methods many aspects are clarified that spare the addressee the need to Asking questions and inquiries to give him a clear picture of the topic at hand.
The workshop, whose lectures were delivered by Mr. Najm Abdel-Wadud Nehme, Director of the Studies and Planning Division and Responsible for the Website Unit at the College of Dentistry, aims to increase the skills of workers in middle and lower administrations by identifying various methods for writing communications and detailed formulations that depend on the situation and topic and in a way that is consistent with the weight of the party being addressed.
The workshop concluded in the presence of Dr. Maitham Muhammad Saadoun, Director of the Iranian International Center for Education and Studies, and received the approval of the participants from the administrative staff working in the Central Library.
