Publication of a book for teachers at the University of Basrah about the pituitary gland
The teachers at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah, Dr. Falah Hassan Shari, Dr. Gibran Khalil Hassan, Dr. Ghassan Salah Ahmed, Dr. Qutaiba Abdul Karim Qasim, and Dr. Uday Sajjad, published a book entitled (Balancing the Control Center: The Function of the Pituitary Gland, Exploring the Harmony of the Pituitary Gland, the Key to Hormonal Balance).
The book, which included (295) pages distributed over six chapters, dealt with the specialty of clinical laboratory sciences. He highlighted the role of the brain and the pituitary gland in controlling the secretion of hormones and controlling them through mechanisms that occur inside the brain. He explained the role of the pituitary gland and its effective role in secreting and controlling hormones.
