University of Basrah meets the new members of the International Classifications Committee
The President of the University of Basrah, Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, met with the new members of the International Classifications Committee, which was reconstituted, and the university’s achievements in the international classifications file were presented.
During the meeting, there was a discussion about the plan drawn up by the committee to enter the new classifications in which the University of Basrah aspires to obtain advanced ranks at the local and international levels, such as the Shanghai classification and the Leiden classification.
The official of the International Classifications Division at the University of Basrah, Dr. Hussein Kati Abdel-Sada, stated that the work has been divided among the members, and work will be done on several axes and goals, including raising the name of Iraq in all international classifications, as well as internationalizing the teaching staff at the University of Basrah by introducing the world to the university professor, in addition to the advanced and diverse projects that We provide community service.
