The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit at the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Basra organized an electronic symposium for officials of counseling units in colleges in cooperation with the Center for Educational Guidance and Psychological Care at the university.
The symposium aimed to develop the work skills of guidance unit officials, and to review its guidance objectives and the mechanism for implementing them.
The symposium, which was moderated by the unit’s official, Dr. Amal Abdel-Razzaq Al-Mansouri, highlighted the unit’s duties in providing various guidance services to students with the aim of meeting their academic needs, developing their personalities, and increasing their skills in dealing with various difficulties during the period of their studies, and stressed the necessity of strengthening cooperation between units to provide a distinguished quality of services that Supports the educational process.
