The Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Basra organized a seminar on grammatical reasoning in the book The Foundations of Grammar by Mr. Ali Al-Behbahani.
The seminar aims to introduce grammatical reasoning as one of the important tools on which the rules of the Arabic language are built, and the types of reasoning.
The episode presented by graduate student Abbas Yassin explained the types of inference, whether the inference is through extrapolation of Arab speech and analogy, or through deduction and rational analogy that supports the validity, weakness, or incorrectness of spoken words, the reasons that explain the grammatical judgment, and the conditions for inference, as well as About the results of the inference, presenting a practical application of the most important opinions based on the author, and the most important evidence he used, to demonstrate the truth of his claim.
