a master's thesis at the College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah discussed (the case study of oxidants - antioxidants and some hormones in acne patients). Researcher Rand Salah Nasser's thesis included collecting medical data for 150 samples (100 acne patients and 50 control cases) from Nasiriyah General Hospital in Dhi Qar - Iraq from February to May 2023, where the level of biomarkers was measured. Serum for the following parameter: Cat,Sod, H2O2, MDA and the following hormone levels: LH,FSH, Estradiol, Testosterone, which were performed using the Assay Technologies Immune Assay. The aim of this study is to determine the level and condition of oxidants, antioxidants and levels of some hormones, and to determine their effect and relationship in acne patients.
