The College of Science in the Department of Mathematics discussed a Ph.D. thesis titled Numerical investigation of viscoelastic fluid flow in conical contraction geometries using hybrid finite volume/element method for postgraduate student Ahmed Muhammed. the thesis aims to present numerical solutions for the partial differential equation system that governs incompressible Newtonian, inelastic, and viscoelastic fluids.
