The research addressed the challenges faced by university students, which cause them to live in a state of psychological emptiness, physical laziness, and a decline in performance due to their inability to organize and self-control and the inability to make decisions properly, which negatively affects the students’ cognitive aspect.
The research shed light on women's counseling programs that play an effective role in confronting such problems.
