The course which was presented by Dr. Mohammed Jasim Mohammed and lecturer Ahmed Sami Ibrahim involve two main axes.
The first focused on general concepts of accounting, accounting systems, financial work components, and accounting processes. The second axis delved into auditing concepts, types, objectives, and the auditor's working mechanism in accordance with ministerial instructions.
At the end of the course, the presenter recommended the necessity of holding developmental courses throughout the year, not limited to promotions. This contributes to enhancing the accounting cadre.
Additionally, it urged adherence to instructions and laws in every disbursement process and highlighted the importance of addressing comments from the Financial Control
