The Continuing Education and Development Centre at the University of Basrah presented a lecture about" the Education Quality Unit.".
The objective of the lecture, which was a part of the Teaching Methods and Updated Curriculum lecture for the Southern Region, was to acquaint trainees with general concepts of quality, quality management, and related terms concerning student satisfaction.
It involves tools like checklists, Pareto analysis, and cause and effect to enhance teaching performance using SWOT analysis.
