The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, in cooperation with the Mirror Empowerment Unit of the Faculty of Education for Girls, organized a seminar entitled "Personal development of female students and how to manage stress".
The aim of the seminar was to identify the qualities of the individual, especially female students, to manage and develop themselves through self-responsibility, stress management, adaptation and psychosocial stimulation.
The symposium also addressed the relationship between the level of academic performance and adaptation to university life and the importance of psychological flexibility in dealing with life's difficulties.
