Assistant Professor Dr. Fateh Abdel-Sahib Al-Khaqani, Dean of the College of Dentistry, and Scientific Assistant Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Taha Yassin opened the activities of the charity market (bazaar) of the College of Dentistry, which was organized by college students who own handicrafts and small projects within the college in coordination with the student activities unit.
Al-Khaqani toured around the bazaar and the exhibition and reviewed its booths, expressing his admiration for the displays of pictures and handicrafts presented by male and female students, with the participation of a group of professors and college employees, at nominal prices, stressing that this bazaar is part of the college’s duty towards the local community, charities, and small business owners to support them. And providing services to them, as the profits from the charity market (bazaar) go to needy families and to students of the boarding departments and to distributing Ramadan baskets.
The exhibition pavilions included many exhibits, including an exhibition of photos, paintings, local foods, pastries, handicrafts, perfumes, scientific and literary books, and others.
