Professor Dr. Ilham Jabbar Jalil Al-Shami said that this journal is concerned with publishing research in the field of studies of the animal kingdom, embryology, evolution, classification, habits, and distribution of all living and extinct animals and how they interact with their environmental systems. It also includes Cytology, Helminthology, Herpetology, and Histology.
