The Student Activities Unit in the College of Computer Science and Information Technology organized an in-person scientific workshop entitled Psychological Pressure, in which Prof. Dr. Zuhair Salem, professor of sports and physical education at the college and assistant teacher. Hussein Jumaa. The workshop, which was held in person in the graduate studies hall at the college, was aimed at in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof.Dr. Imad S. Alshawi and a group of her professors and students explained the concept of psychological stress and its impact on mental and psychological health, its possible sources, how to deal with it in a healthy and effective manner, the types of psychological pressures, the most important steps to get rid of them, and the exercises required to be performed that contribute to reducing these psychological pressures.
