College of Arts at University of Basrah discussed the master's thesis Tagged representations of authority in the Abbasid praise poem The researcher Fatima Fadel Abdullah’s message included that the Abbasid authority intervened in drawing and imaginatively illustrating poems of praise, directing them towards the Qiblah they wanted, by inviting their poets to pour this ideology into the poetic template, and then decided public opinion in their favor, until this was demonstrated by some of the commandments and words of the caliphs Bani Abbas.
