The College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basra held a central celebration for fourth-year students on the occasion of the birth of Imam Mahdi (may God hasten his honorable appearance), in the presence of the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Nidaa Muhammad Baqir, and members of the College Council.
The celebration included a speech by the Dean of the College after the playing of the national anthem, in which he explained the importance of this stage in the students’ educational lives as it is their first contact with the positions of the profession, as it is the profession of prophets and messengers, and the necessity of benefiting from the experiences and knowledge that have been accumulated throughout the years of study to confront the challenges they face, and that their enthusiasm should not diminish as a result of the collision. The celebration also included a three-minute presentation of an idea from each department that expresses the department’s characteristic and specialization. And the distribution of roses by the college dean to each department for their participation, support and support.
Some artistic activities were presented and graduate students from the departments were presented, certificates of participation were awarded, and souvenir photos were taken for the graduates.
