The Department of History at the College of Education for Human Sciences - University of Basra, in cooperation with the college library (Nazik Al-Malaika), organized a scientific workshop on the methodology of documenting sources in academic research for fourth-year students.
During the workshop, which was presented by teachers Nidal Muhammad Qambar and Alaa Rahim Abdel Karim, the importance of periodicals and dissertations as primary sources in graduation research projects for fourth-year students was introduced, and how to employ them and ways to benefit from them in historical research
