Under the sponsorship of the Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Basra, Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Asghar Muhammad Al-Nawab, and with the follow-up of the College’s Continuing Education Unit.
Our college organized a workshop on applying the T-test model. In clinical trials. In which Professor Dr. Mahfouz Faleh Hassan, a member of the teaching staff in the Basic Medical Sciences Branch, lectured. The workshop was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Sondos Baqir Daoud, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, the heads of branches, and a number of faculty and students from the college.
The workshop included a detailed explanation of the T-test model.
And the mechanism of its application in clinical trials within the field of medicine and nursing. The workshop also included taking realistic experiments and applying this statistical model to them, and it was applied through (Spss), where the steps of clinical trials were applied in this program and the results were drawn.The workshop aimed to facilitate the researcher’s task in several important journals and in scientific and practical medical and nursing journals and to use this statistical model to facilitate clinical trials.
