The College of Science in the Department of Mathematics discussed a seminar entitled The Homogeneous q-Shift Operators and their Applications for Postgraduate Student Samaher Adnan, The seminar aims to introduce two generalized homogeneous q-shift operators. These operators demonstrate to be useful for investigating two families of generalized polynomials and generalized Cigler’s polynomials and then finding some q-identities such as the generating function and its extension, Rogers formula and its extension, Mehler’s formula and its extension and Srivastava-Agarwal type bilinear generating functions to the polynomials.
