A doctoral thesis at the College of Agriculture at Basrah University discussed (biotic and abiotic stimulation, and growth regulators in propagation, callus induction and increase in the production of medicinal secondary products of ginger by tissue culture technique) and the thesis presented by student Wedad Ali Abd Salman Al-Bahadli included the study of different concentrations of BA on multiplication of Ginger plant and studying the effect of growth regulators 2,4-D and NAA auxins on callus induction and to know the best concentration in producing the largest amount of callus.
