The Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basra organized a seminar on the linguistic perception of Fakhr al-Din al-Razi.
The episode aimed to shed light on the phonetic aspects that researchers addressed by Fakhr al-Din al-Razi and examined them in detail and research.
The seminar presented by postgraduate student Zainab Karim Hameed Mard dealt with the phonetic aspects as it was the first single phonetic study without introducing any morphological, grammatical or semantic research into it, and introduced the characteristics related to phonemes and the significance of this type of sounds and their functions.
The panel discussion showed that modern researchers focused their attention on the great interpretation without paying attention or shedding light on the other works of this scholar for the purpose of referring to them or adopting a study on them in order to talk about the various linguistic aspects, especially phonetics
