The lecture given by Dr. Zainab Faleh Salem Teaching at the Faculty of Education for Humanities included the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences
To develop the skills of faculty members at universities so that they take into account educational updates and respond to students' needs according to theories and psychological foundations that are incorporated into the teaching process through this role for the professor if he recognizes the nature of learning and the educational process.
And the problems that he may face, if he absorbs the psychology of the learner and the different manifestations of his growth, and his learning patterns.
Guide learning and education by identifying the weaknesses and strengths of students to diagnose students' difficulty adjusting and make an effort to mitigate these difficulties in helping students adapt during learning.
Finally, the recommendation was that effective teaching methods should be used by the learners and guide the learner's behaviour in line with educational objectives, during a sound educational environment that enables the student to guide properly and to reveal the learning patterns of the university students
