A master's thesis at the faculty of Science at the University of Basrah (Antibiotic typing for Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from ear infection patients) the researcher's thesis (Ayad Abdulhadi Waham). Thesis aims to identify of antibiotic typing, detect of virulence factors, as well as molecular detection of exoenzyme effectors of P. aeruginosa isolated from ear infection patients in Basra Governorate hospitals. and concluded P. aeruginosa is among the most common pathogens causing ear infections and that have shown multiple resistance to antibiotics and the isolates were carried exoenzyme genes in varying proportions, and recommended did not using them randomly of antibiotics to avoid the emergence of other multiple drug resistance (MDR) bacteria.
