The University of Basra organizes a course on etiquette and professional ethics
The College of Education for Human Sciences at the University of Basra organized a course on the art of job etiquette and professional ethics to improve the job performance of the university’s follow-up and information staff and cadres.
The course, which lasts for three days from June 10-13, aimed to enrich and develop the experiences of the participants, hone their skills in the field of etiquette and professional protocol, enhance the ethics of professional dealing within the institution, develop public relations skills, and learn about professional ethics to advance the educational institution and its implications for adherence to the standards and guidelines that... Established by the institution.
The first workshop of the course, which was moderated by Dr. Nidaa Muhammad Baqir, Dean of the College, Dr. Amal Abdel Razzaq, Director of the Educational Guidance Unit, and Dr. Khawla Hassan, Director of the Psychological Guidance Center, included an explanation of the most important rules of job etiquette, how to deal with others, the professional ethics that an employee must possess, and the method of effective dialogue in Professional relations for employees and ways to improve them, and the qualities of an ideal employee such as transparency, integrity, and not cheating or exploiting his position for personal purposes, and the necessity of developing and improving his skills.
