D thesis at the faculty of Science at the University of Basraha ,the title of the thesis (Cytological Study of Staphylococcus aureus Biofilm Extract Effect on Tumour Cell Lines )MCF-7 and LNCaP) in Vitro), and researcher's thesis (Iman Awad Bachay) aims to extract Extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) of Staphylococcus aureus biofilm with special characteristics that can inhibit the growth of cancer cells through its effect on the programmed death mechanism. and concluded may provide insight into a possible application of bacteria EPS in breast cancer and prostate cancer therapy and may provide new ideas and methods to treat these cancers and recommended , in vivo investigations are necessary to determine potential interactions between the bacterial EPS and the host immune system.
