The College of Pharmacy at the University of Basrah in cooperation with the College of Pharmacy at Al-Maqal University, is preparing to hold the annual medical detachment to provide health services to visitors walking on foot to commemorate the Arbaeen ceremonies of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him).
The Dean of the College, Dr. Gibran Khalil Hassan, stated: This detachment is carried out annually with the contribution of the College of Pharmacy staff, professors and employees, through donations of financial amounts, necessary medicines and special equipment to serve visitors in all its forms. We are fully prepared for this year, as the detachment will start on Saturday, the tenth of this August, and will continue for 4 days and nights on the road between Al-Batha and the holy Karbala.
