For successful postgraduate applicants for the academic year (2024-2025) who wish to rotate through the channels indicated in the attached Ministry letter, we would like to inform you that the service of sending rotation requests between vacant seats has been opened through your electronic accounts in the application and acceptance system, provided that the submitted requests are according to the timings indicated in the Ministry letter below, with the necessity of reviewing the Postgraduate Affairs Department in the college for the purpose of submitting paper requests and pledges for rotation directly after completing the electronic rotation request procedures.
