The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, has approved the opening of the rotation door between universities for successful postgraduate applicants to fill the vacant seats in the special expense channel for the disciplines listed below in the Faculty of Education for Human Sciences, according to the Ministry's letter attached hereto.
