First 10 winners: Four million Iraqi dinars for each winner
Second 10 winners: Three million Iraqi dinars for each winner
Third 10 winners: Two million Iraqi dinars for each winner
Fourth 10 winners: One million Iraqi dinars for each winner
The competition includes reading the following books: 1- Islamic Views on the Declaration of Human Rights, by the martyr Sayyid Muhammad al-Sadr (may his secret be sanctified)
2- The Civilizational Issue "How to Invent Our Future in a Changing World", by Zaki Milad
