The faculty member at the Center for Basrah and Arabian Gulf Studies, University of Basrah, Dr. Murad Hemeed Al-Abdullah published a book on The Experiences of International Universities of E-learning.
The book, which includes (86) pages, reviewed the most important methods used in E-learning and the use of platforms and the advantages of the E-learning process by citing a series of electronic seminars held by the Scholar foundation and run by academics from countries such as Malaysia, Lebanon, Turkey, Kurdistan, Jordan, Qatar, the Sultanate of Oman and Britain.
The book highlighted the difficulties that faced E-learning process in Iraqi Universities since its inception, and to propose solutions for the advancement of E-learning.
