The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the Faculty of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra organized a seminar on life interactions with others and the possibility of developing them
The seminar aimed to identify the art of good listening, tolerance, coexistence, the art and foundations of dialogue with others, as well as taking into account the different cultures in society.
The seminar, which was conducted by a number of teachers at the college, included a number of life dealings such as the skill of good listening when talking with others and the possibility of developing this skill through good listening, taking into account body language and reading the feelings of the speaker, the need for tolerance and coexistence with others of different cultures, and the need for the individual to master the foundations of dialogue and respect the opinion and the other opinion, taking into account the different cultures in one society when dealing with different people and giving advice and recommendations in the art of dealing, such as smiling and listening.
