The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Basrah organized a scientific trip to Al-Thaqalain Hospital for the treatment of tumors. The trip aimed to provide lectures on the importance of technology in the field of health care and to review ideas for projects that can help improve hospital services, such as psychological support applications or data management tools. The trip, in which some professors and students of the college participated, included a tour program in all departments of the hospital, getting to know the modern devices, and spending time with sick children to provide moral support, such as games and recreational activities.
