University of Basra organizes a scientific workshop on the concepts of English language acquisition
The Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the College of Education for Humanities at the University of Basra organized a scientific workshop on the concepts of English language acquisition, in which students from the English Language Department participated.
The workshop aimed to introduce academic work and training programs currently available and the skills required in the labor market.
The workshop, which was lectured by trainer Ahmed Mohammed Ali and trainer Jahan Shafiq Yahya, included a statement on the importance of language acquisition and its role in increasing job opportunities by asking interactive questions and sharing valuable information with students in order to develop English language acquisition proficiency skills.
At the end of the workshop, the trainers held a dialogue session with the students to encourage them to share their opinions and practice the English language and to remind them of the most important scientific points raised in the workshop.
